How many packets should I take a day?
You can take 1 to 2 packets daily.
When should I take it?
We use the most acid-resistant longum strand, but nonetheless it is best to take the probiotics when the gastric acid secretion is moderate like after a meal for the best results. Taking it everyday will help establish a better gut environment.
How do I take it?
Pour the powder in your mouth straight from the packet. You can drink it with water if you prefer.
Is it ok to take it with medication and/or other supplements?
Please consult your doctor if you take any medications and adjust the supplement intake as needed.
Can it be stored at room temperature?
Please avoid direct sunlight and store in a dark cool place. This product is freeze-dried so it doesn't require refrigeration.
What are synbiotics?
Synbiotics are a combination of good live bacteria (probiotics) paired with their food (prebiotics). The pairing allows the probiotics to flourish in your gut.
What are collagen peptides?
Collagen peptides are finer proteins with a higher absorption rate than collagen, so they can permeate throughout the body. Fish-derived collagen peptides are added to support your skin, hair, and bones.

Our lactic acid bacteria is plant-derived, so it's safe for people with a dairy allergy to take.

You can return unopened product within 30 days of receiving. Unless the product is defective, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
What do I do if I receive a defective product?
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. Please send the defective product and we will exchange it with a new one. The shipping will be paid by us.
